to be considered for return, items must be:

- returned with original packaging

given the nature of our products and our commitment to hygiene and sustainability, we're unable to accept returns on:
- items that show signs of use beyond reasonable inspection

shipping considerations
- return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect
- original shipping fees are non-refundable
- we recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during transit
refunds
once your return is received and reviewed, we'll confirm your refund status and timeline with you

damaged or incorrect items
in the rare event an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a few photos for reference. we'll take it from there.
